SMART-TD MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION and DUES DEDUCTION FORMS

New and returning members are welcome to complete the Membership Application and, if needed on your property, the Dues Deduction Form (links found below).  Article 21B, Sections 41 thru 47 of the SMART Constitution and Ritual describe the duties both of members and locals in updating and maintainting membership status.
