REQUIRED CLAIM LANGUAGE:

Claiming 4.0 hours on (DATE) account I was first out and rested at the (HOME or AWAY-FROM-HOME) terminal of (LOCATION) on the (BOARD LIST) for assignment (ASSIGNMENT). Instead of calling me for assignment (ASSIGNMENT) at (TIME ON DUTY), CMS improperly used Engineer (ENGINEER NAME) from the (BOARD LIST), who arrived at the home terminal subsequent to me, for the assignment listed above. I was subsequently called for (ASSIGNMENT) at (TIME ON DUTY)
