Claiming 8.0 hours on (DATE) account I was working to the (POOL BOARD) at (LOCATION) freight pool. I was ordered for assignment (TRAIN ID) on duty at (TIME) at (LOCATION). I was ordered by UP Dispatcher (DISPATCHER NAME or INITIALS) to operate train (TRAIN ID) from (LOCATION) to and through (TERMINAL LOCATION) to (LOCATION) on the (NAME) Subdivision. I operated into the terminal then on the far side of the terminal to a location outside the agreed to switching limits/terminal limits. The operating of the train on the far side of the terminal is the work of the first out pool engineer or extra board engineer headquartered at the (LOCATION) terminal.
