Claiming 4.0 hours on (DATE) account I was first out and rested at the (HOME OR AWAY FROM HOME CIRC-7) terminal of (LOCATION) on the (Board List) for (ASSIGNMENT). Instead of calling me for the (ASSIGNMENT) at (TIME ON DUTY), CMS improperly used Conductor (CONDUCTOR NAME) from the (BOARD LIST), who arrived at the home terminal subsequent to me, for the assignment listed above. I was subsequently called for (ASSIGNMENT) at (TIME ON DUTY).
