During the (DATE RANGE), period, I was assigned to the (BOARD LIST) guaranteed conductor’s extra board at (LOCATION). I was available for service and I did not absent myself from the my assignment, and I did not take extra rest for any reason during the pay period. I worked assigiunent (ASSIGNMENT) on (DATE) and observed a (48 or 72)-hour rest period on (DATES). The Carrier unilaterally placed me in “FR” status and arbitrarily removed me from my assignment during the rest period.
