I was available for service and I did not absent myself from the pool board, and I did not take extra rest for any reason during the pay period. I worked assignment (ASSIGNMENT) on (DATE) and observed a (48 or 72)-hour rest period on (DATES). The Carrier unilaterally placed me in “FR” status and arbitrarily removed me from my assignment during the rest period.
