REQUIRED CLAIM LANGUAGE:

On (DATE), I was working unassigned IDR (CIRC-7 and BOARD LIST) pool service assignment on duty at the away-from-home terminal of (LOCATION). I was ordered at (LOCATION), for train (TRAIN ID) and operated to the terminal of (LOCATION) whereupon I was instructed by (CARRIER MANAGER/DISPATCHER) to operate through the terminal to (LOCATION) and stage the train on the (SUBDIVISION). (LOCATION) is outside the switching limits of the definite terminal of (LOCATION).
