Claiming 8.0 hours account on (DATE) I was awarded Conductor assignment (ASSIGNMENT) to work daily from (LOCATION) to (LOCATION). The Carrier improperly bulletined assignment (ASSIGNMENT) as a "local" assignment. The CNW Agreement does not allow for "local" assignments.
