EXTENDED FORCE ASSIGNMENT TO HOSTLING DUE TO CARRIER REFUSING TO PROVIDE A REQUIRED HOSTLING CLASS:

Required Documentation:

• A copy of the applicable seniority roster showing the individual that should have been trained and forced in your stead.

• Remember, if there are 2 senior men force assigned ahead of you, you would need to show 3 junior employees that should have been trained and forced.

• A copy of your Bid History showing the first-choice bid and date bid was placed for the job which you could have held if not improperly forced due to lack of training of junior men as Hostlers.

• A copy of your e-payroll recap(s) showing what you actually made during the timeframe being claimed.

Claiming difference in earnings from     (date)    to     (date)   for being improperly force-assigned to hostling service account Carrier neglecting to hold a hostler training class as required  under memorandums #2208040044 & #2211151344.850.   Have been force assigned to the    (circ-7)         (board-id)     since    (date)  . Have had a permanent bid in for the       (circ, board/job id)   . Junior employees have been assigned to and working this job. Claiming difference in earnings between bid job and force assignment.
