Your claim:

• When not placed on an assignment on the daily mark-up due to lack of assignments and CMS denies the request to place on the protecting extra board for the day.
• Claim an extra board guarantee day per Yard Schedule Item 6A – Section 7 (5 Day Work Week) for not being placed on the extra board.

Required Documentation:

• Snapshot of the mark-up board showing that you were rested on the mark-up board and not able to place to an assignment.
• Work History showing that you were not placed on the extra board when assignment when request was made to CMS.
