Claiming a 130 mile basic day penalty account CMS Mishandling in restriction of my seniority. The Carrier moved the Short Pool from Salt Lake (UZ029 RT96) to Ogden (UY993 RT97) on November 26, 2018. The Carrier failed to establish a new Extra Board to protect this new service in Ogden on the same date as the pool was established.
My seniority would have allowed me to have been placed on the new Extra Board in Ogden protecting Short Pool Service between Ogden and SLC had the Carrier established the new Extra Board in a prompt fashion. Claim 130 mile basic day for each day from (date) to (date) for a total of (# of days) basic days for restriction of my seniority.
