Rule 32k
Your claims:

When called for a road job and instructed to perform yard switching at a terminal where yard crews are on duty.

If work is pertinent to the train called for, A max of 3 moves is allowed at both the initial and final terminals. Any additional moves would be under penalty.

Setting out bad orders on your own train at the initial terminal is usually permissible.

The penalty is for actual time consumed at 3/16th daily yard rate, and 1st and 2nd out rested switchmen should claim a basic day.

A SWITCH LIST, TRACK INQUIRY, TRAIN LIST OR WORK ORDER MARKED TO SHOW THE SWITCHING PERFORMED.

A complete copy of your federal tie-up.

A printed snap shot of the switchman’s extra board, showing first and second out available switchmen.

Keep track of yard, tracks, and times for each segment of the work
REQUIRED CLAIM LANGUAGE:
Was called off the circ -7 board for the job id/train symbol on date . Circ-7 has yard jobs on duty 24 hours a day and maintains a yard extra board for terminal and yard switching. On date at time hrs, inside the circ-7 yard was ordered by Yardmaster ________ to (list moves...Show times and locations for segment of each move). Extra switchmen ________ and ______ were the first and second out rested switchmen available at the time was ordered to perform the above listed service. Claim __________(time working after exceeding allowed switching) at 3/16ths daily yard rate per rule 32K of eastern district.
