(Dogcatching, Local Freight, etc)
The claim:

- When called from road boards for other than Interdivisional Runs and denied a meal period as per Rule 28.
- Make request for meal a period as far in advance as possible or as soon as it becomes apparent that you will be on-duty for more than 8 hours.

- Agreement and law boards allow for “reasonable amount of time”.

- If denied a meal period or not allowed reasonable time for one, claim 130 mile basic day.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
- A copy of your federal tie-up.
- Time that request for meal period was made to the Manager/Dispatcher.
- Manager/Dispatcher/Corridor name and time denied lunch.
