Not Deadheaded by First Passing Train (7th and 8th District)

Claiming 50-mile penalty account not being DH’d to AFHT by passing train. Was called for the  (Circ-7)     (Board ID)  (train symbol) on  (date)  at  (time). My HOS expired at (time) at (MP location). Train (symbol, unit number, conductor name) passed my location at (time). This was the (2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th,) train to pass my location and not pick me up. As per section 29 J of rule #92, this violation constitutes a 50-mile penalty.

     (j)  7th or 8th District trainmen destined Green River who die under the law enroute Green River between Point of Rocks and Granger will be deadheaded no later than on the first following train moving to Green River and if not so deadheaded will be allowed a penalty of fifty (50) miles for each train not deadheaded on.
