PH Zone 2 Local working into PH Zone 1

Claiming lost earnings for the incorrect bulletin being placed in effect for the (JOB ID). (JOB ID) was bulletined as a Portland Hub Zone 2 assignment and does work in Portland Hub Zone 1. The Portland Hub Agreement allows Portland Hub Zone 1 assignments to work into other Zones or Hubs without infringing on the rights of employees in other Hubs or Zone, but the Portland Hub Zone Agreement has no such language.

As such I am claiming lost earnings for the (JOB ID) that was run from (LOCATION) to (LOCATION) on (DATE). I would have been the senior applicant for the assignment had it been properly bulletined to run from my seniority district in Portland Hub Zone 1.
