Description: ITEM 11 UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY Omaha, Nebraska Mr. M, P. Caveny, Mr, A, B, Johnson, Mr. A. D. Homan, Gentlemen: This has reference to proposed agreement between Union Pacific and Missouri Pacific covering construction, maintenance and operation of interchange tracks in the Fairfax Industrial District, in connection with serving the General Motors Plant, Section 9 of which provides: "In case of emergency, Missouri Trustee shall, if so requested by Union Pacific and then only, deliver its cars, designated to said plant of General Motors Corporation, in Union Pacific’s assembly yard located In conference November 5, 1945 was agreed when trackage is in operation that in emergency cases Missouri Pacific crews may deliver car or cars from the interchange track to the Union Pacific assembly yard, when Union Pacific yard crew is not available and that the Union Pacific will not be penalized if necessary in emergency to have the Missouri Pacific deliver cars at the request of, the Union Pacific to the yard at foot of Fairfax Bridge.
