MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
between
UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
and the
UNITED TRANSPORTATION UNION

DILLON-IDAHO FALLS LOCAL
REVERSE LODGING

In an effort to minimize expenses for all parties it is agreed that any regular assigned Conductor and/or Brakeman assigned to the Dillon-Idaho Falls Zone Local, who resides in the vicinity of Idaho Falls will be allowed reverse lodging at Dillon if so desired. Conductors and Brakeman opting for lodging at Dillon will not be allowed lodging at Idaho Falls.

It is understood that lodging at Dillon will not exceed the number of days currently allowed trainmen working said local, when laying over at Idaho Falls.

Trainmen desired to exercise this option must declare in writing by December 1st each year to the designated company official, for the following calendar year. Thereafter, the declaration will remain in effect for 12 months.

If the foregoing meets the party's understanding on this matter, please so indicate by signing both originals, returning them to our office for further handling and distribution.

This understanding is without prejudice to the party's position and will remain in effect, unless either party serves a ten (10) day cancellation notice upon the other.

Signed this 2nd day of July, 2001
