Between the UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY and the UNITED TRANSPORTATION UNION - C Division and the UNITED TRANSPORTATION UNION - T Division RUNAROUND ENROUTE Section 4 of the agreement dated February 10, 1958 – Runaround Enroute -- as amended by the agreement dated April 30, 1958 -- Runaround at Terminals -- provides as follows – "Section 4. Train crews in pool freight service operating westbound from La Grande to Hinkle who are run around en route after leaving initial terminal by other crews in pool freight service will, upon tie-up at Hinkle, be given the same relative turn on the pool freight board as they would have held if there had been no run around en route, and will be called accordingly if rested or if available for service under the provisions of Section (c)-I of Article 24 of the agreements effective May I, 1945. If not eligible for the call, the crew will hold its turn but will not, be considered run around. " IT IS AGREED: Effective December 1, 1974 the provisions of the Runaround Enroute Agreement dated February 10, 1958, as amended, will apply to train crews operating in pool freight service eastbound from Hinkle to La Grande.
