| Description: UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY 11061 13300 MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT Between UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY and the UNITED TRANSPORTATION UNION PORTLAND HUB - ZONE 1 Memorandum of Agreement No. 2406140272 Effective July 15, 2002, Agreement #2107010172 modifying Oregon Division Rule 27(a) is hereby modified with respect to the application to crews operating in the Albina-Hinkle Pool to the extend provided herein: Pool freight trainmen in the Albina-Hinkle Pool who are runaround enroute will be restored to their original position upon arrival at the home terminal. No claims or grievances will be filed or progressed by the Organization in connection with the implementation of this agreement. Either party serving a thirty-(30) day advance written notice upon the other may cancel this Memorandum of Agreement in the future.
