ACCESS TO WORK HISTORIES

AGREEMENT

Between

UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY

And

UNITED TRANSPORTATION UNION (C&T)

In consideration of the United Transportation Union (C&T), hereinafter referred to as the Organization, on the former Oregon Division of the Northwest District entering into a Modified Crew Consist Agreement.

IT IS AGREED:

(1) The Carrier will provide computer access to the Organization of work histories of employees represented by them and will upon request provide "hard copies" of same.

(2) These work histories will provide all information provided to local Carrier officials, however will not include compensation amounts. Such information will be made available in hard copy form upon request.
