Dear Sir:

This has reference to our recent discussion concerning the problems associated with employes riding the Bump Board in the Hinkle Yard on the Third Seniority District.

It was agreed that as an incentive for employes to come off the Bump Board and fill must-fill vacancies in the Hinkle Yard, regular or extra, the employe will be paid at the time and one-half rate for service performed for the period the employe could have remained on the Bump Board. The employe will not receive time and one-half on top of time and one-half during this period.

If the above properly reflects our understanding, please sign below retaining copy and returning original for my file. This Agreement will become effective August 27, 1990, and may be cancelled by serving fifteen (15) days written notice by either party on the other.
