ARRIVAL POINT-HINKLE
| Description: UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY The point where final terminal delay time begins for trains arriving Hinkle on the Sixth Subdivision is Mile Post 184.7. However, in the construction of the classification yard, an arrival switch was constructed at Mile Post 185.1 and, it is proposed that we designate it as the point where final terminal delay time begins. Movement of the arrival switch from Mile Post 184.7 to Mile Post 185.1 will, of course, advance the time at which final terminal delay time will begin to accrue. Henceforth, if satisfactory, Mile Post 185.1 shall be the point where final terminal delay time begins for westward trains arriving Hinkle on the Sixth Subdivision and the respective agreement provisions are hereby modified accordingly. As an indication that the above meets with your approval, please sign all copies of this letter in the space provided for that purpose. Mr. Nelson will please sign and forward all copies to Mr. Dayton who, in turn, should forward them to Mr. Boyd. Mr. Boyd may retain two fully executed copies for his file and return the balance to this office. Fully executed copies of the letter will then be furnished to Messrs. Nelson and Dayton.
