This will confirm our understanding that the interdividional service territory between La Grande, Oregon and Nampa, Idaho should a must - fill vacancy occur at the away - from - home- terminal (Nampa for Oregon Division crews and La Grande for Idaho Division crews) as a direct or indirect result of the Crew Consist Agreement signed at Salt Lake City on May 10, 1980, such vacancies will be filled in accordance with the provisions of Section 2(c) of Article IV of said agreement. To be specific, Oregon Division employes will be stepped up to vacancies on Oregon Division crews and Idaho Division employes will be stepped up to vacancies on Idaho Division crews, presuming, of course, the availability of such employes at the away - from - home- terminal.
