TURNAROUND SERVICE - OGDEN

Dear Sir:

This refers to your request dated March 1, 1988 and our May 16, 1988 conference concerning modification of Item 41 (q) , paragraph (3)(a) and paragraph (3)(b).

In conference it was understood that effective immediately Item 41(q), paragraph (3)(a) will be revised to read as follows:

"(3) (a) Pool freight crews and extra men making turnaround trips between Ogden and Wyuta or between Ogden and Park City will stand first out at Ogden eight (8) hours after they tie up."

'Item 41 (q), paragraph (3) (b) will be revised to read as follows:

"( 3) (b) Pool freight crews and extra men making turnaround trips between Ogden and Evanston and short of Evanston other than as stated in paragraph (a) (as modified) will stand first out at Ogden fifteen (15) hours after arrival. Crews and extra men making turnaround trips between Ogden and points beyond Evanston will take position on board at Ogden per arrival."

In each of the above items the modification consists of the inclusion of extra men in the provisions of the rules.

This agreement may be cancelled at any time by either party serving a ten (10) day written notice of termination upon the other. In the event this agreement is cancelled, the former rules will again apply.
