A G R E E MEN T between the UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY (Territory Los Angeles-Salt Lake City) and the UNITED TRANSPORTATION UNION-C-T * * * * * In response to a need shown by the Carrier for the serving of industries at the station of Pleasant Grove, Utah, on the Provo Subdivision, with yard crews, pursuant to applicable provisions of Rule 11 of the united Transportation Union-T Agreement effective May 1, 1969, as amended, which will necessitate an extension of the existing limits of the Provo switching district eastward from M.P. 759.0 to M.P. 760.0. IT IS AGREED:
Eastward M.P. 760.0 This Agreement shall be effective July 1, 1972, and shall continue in effect thereafter until changed or modified in accordance with the Railway Labor Act, as amended. Dated at Salt Lake city, Utah, this 25th day of May, 1972 (download full PDF for Signatures)
A G R E E MEN T between the UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY (Territory Los Angeles-Salt Lake city) and the UNITED TRANSPORTATION UNION-E * * * * In response to a need shown by the carrier for the serving of industries at the station of Pleasant Grove, Utah, on the Provo Subdivision, with yard crews, pursuant to Rule ·11-3 of the united Transportation Union-E Agreement, as amended by Article VI, Section 2 of the Agreement of January 27, 1972, which will necessitate an extension of the existing limits IT IS AGREED: Section 1. Pursuant to applicable provisions of Rule 114 of the Agreement of September 1, 1954, as amended by Article VI, Section 1 of the Agreement of January 27, 1972, the parties hereby agree that the eastward limits of the Provo switching District shall be extended from the existing eastward limits at M.P. 759.0 to M.P. 760.0; and M.P. 760.0 shall thereafter establish the fixed eastward limits of the Provo Switching District. Section 2.
