Garges Dear Sir: This is to confirm our conference of July 25, 1986, in which we discussed the filling of temporary vacancies at Green River. During our conference, it was agreed all 13th District employes will be allowed to make application for temporary vacation vacancies on the Rock Springs switch engine. The senior applicant will be assigned at calling time on the first day of the vacation and will remain on the vacancy until the incumbent returns. Upon the return of the incumbent, the employe filling the vacation vacancy will return to his regular job. It further was agreed this understanding could be cancelled by either party with the serving of written ten (10) day notice of cancellation upon the other party.
