Dear Sir :

This is to confirm our discussions of the agreement dated September 28 , 1990, amending Section 11 of the Agreement of September 17, 1976, establishing the Thirteenth Seniority District.

During our discussions of this Agreement , it was agreed that Seventh District crews , who are used in short turn around service out of Green River , will be deadheaded to Rawlins upon completion of the short turn around service. If such crews are not deadheaded , they will be placed on the board in line with applicable agreements and paid a 100- mile penalty .
