SHORT TURNAROUND-RAWLINS
| Description: MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT MODIFICATION OF ITEM 43(d)(14) FOR APPLICATION ON THE IT IS AGREED: 1. Paragraph 14 of the Agreement dated August 7, 1972, and identified as ITEM - 43(d) of the Basic Agreement is hereby modified to read as follows: 14. Extra conductors called for short turnaround service out of district terminals will be placed at the bottom of the applicable extra board following tie-up from such turnaround service. 2. This modification above will only be applicable on the prior right Seventh (7th) Seniority District - Zone 200. 3. The terms of this Agreement shall be effective September 1, 1996, and will continue thereafter unless terminated by either party. Termination of this arrangement will be effective fifteen (15) days after the serving of written notice by either party. Signed this 15th day of November, 1996.
