It is agreed that in the application of Schedule Rule 93(a) on the Thirteenth seniority District, the following provisions will apply: (1) A list of all assignments will be sent to the Local Chairperson at least seven (7) days prior to the 15th day of January, April, July and October of each year. (2) Applications from employees within this district will be accepted by the Local Chairperson until a cut-off time designated by the Local Committee. (3) The Local Chairperson will advise the appropriate carrier CMS officer of the changes of employees in those assignments at least twelve (12) hours prior to the 15th day of January, April, July and October of each year. Failure of the Local Chair-person to notify CMS of such changes within this time frame will result in no changes of employees to assignments until the next quarterly period. Section 2. The four dates referenced in Section 1 above, specifically "the 15th day of January, April, July and October," may be changed upon mutual understanding between the Local Chairperson and the appropriate carrier CMS officer in order to stagger the changes required by the district. Section 3. Assignments made under this agreement will be effective at 12:01 AM on the agreed-upon dates referenced in Section 2 above. Section 4. If other agreements, understandings and/or practices are in conflict with this agreement, the provisions of this agreement will apply. Section 5. This agreement will be effective February 1. 1995. and will automatically terminate ten (10) days after the serving of a written notice of desire to so terminate by either party upon the other. at which time prior agreements. understandings and/or practices in effect will govern.
