In our negotiations leading up to the signing of the Seniority Zone 200 Agreement dated September 21, 1988, it was understood that it was intended that Section 4 apply to only those Zone 200 employees hired subsequent to September 21, 1988.

The Agreement dated April 9, 1973 (Stay-at-Home Agreement, Wyoming Division), will apply to employees hired prior to September 22, 1988.

If this accurately reflects our understanding, please indicate by signing below, returning one original to this office.
