MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

between

UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY - EASTERN DISTRICT

and the

UNITED TRANSPORTATION UNION (C&T)

MODIFICATION OF SCHEDULE RULE 41(e)(7) -- SEVENTH SENIORITY DISTRICT ONLY

The following modification to Rule 41 (e) (7) will be effective on the Seventh Seniority District only:

"When calling pool crews to deadhead, the first out crew will be called to work the train and the second out crew will be called to deadhead.

"This Agreement will become effective on the date agreed upon by both parties, and may be terminated by the serving of a ten (10) day written notice by either party upon the other."
