AGREEMENT

Between

UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY

And

UNITED TRANSPORTATION UNION (C) & (T)

MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT ENTITLED –
“CONSOLIDATION OF CONDUCTORS’ AND BRAKEMEN’ SENIORITY DISTRICTS,
CHEYENNE-LARAMIE AND BRANCHES AND LARAMIE-RAWLINS AND BRANCHES”
DATED SEPTEMBER 14, 1972
FIFTH/SIXTH SENIORITY DISTRICTS

Effective with the agreement dated September 14, 1972, entitled “Consolidation Of Conductors’ and Brakemen’ Seniority Districts, Cheyenne-Laramie and Laramie-Rawlins and Branches” three separate Brakemen’s seniority rosters for the above referred to districts were maintained; one for prior rights 5th. District Brakemen, one for prior rights 6th. District Brakemen, and one for Dual rights Brakemen.  On those rosters the Conductors dates were also listed, but the men stand in Brakemen’s order.

Effective with the implementation of CMS on the above referred to districts, December 7, 1983, it was necessary to define the seniority standing of Conductors (prior rights, secondary rights, and dual rights) on the 5th. District and on the 6th. District.

Because no Conductors seniority listing from the senior prior rights to the junior dual rights existed, and in order to structure the three Brakemen’s rosters that existed on December 7, 1983 into a Conductors listing, the following roster (Attachment “A”) will determine the seniority standing of Conductors on 5th. District assignments and the following roster (Attachment “B”) will determine the seniority standing of Conductors on 6th. District assignments.  In all cases the CMS seniority date will be used.

This agreement is effective August 1, 1985.

Dated at Omaha, Nebraska, this 3rd. day of July, 1985.
