Description: E-013-23-74 A G R E E MEN T Between UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY - EASTERN DISTRICT And UNITED TRANSPORTATION UNION (C&T) PROCEDURES WHEN THE CONDUCTORS' EXTRA BOARD IS EXHAUSTED GREEN RIVER - THIRTEENTH DISTRICT When the Conductors' Extra Board for the Thirteenth District is exhausted, the following procedures will be followed: 1. The senior available promoted Brakeman on the same job. 2. The first out available promoted Brakeman on the Brakemen's Extra Board. 3. The junior available promoted Brakeman of the District. 4. The senior available promoted Brakeman furloughed at Green River. A promoted Brakeman in any of the above steps will be required to accept if contacted. This agreement is effective February 1, 1986, and shall automatically terminate ten (10) days from the date of written notice by either party.
