GREEN RIVER 13TH DISTRICT COMBINATION SWITCHMEN/BRAKEMEN EXTRA BOARD

RULE 43

IT IS AGREED:

As long as the 13th District Green River Extra Board remains a combination Switchmen/Brakemen Extra Board, employees will be placed to the board based upon their tie-up (off duty) time.

This Memorandum of Agreement will be effective December 1, 1996 and remain in effect thereafter unless cancelled by either party with a thirty (30) day advance written notice.
