AGREEMENT

between the

UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY - EASTERN DISTRICT

and

UNITED TRANSPORTATION UNION (C&T)

IT IS AGREED:
1. The west switching limits at the Omaha/Council Bluffs terminal is changed from Mile Post 9.57 to Mile Post 7.4.

2. Mile Post 5.23 will continue to be the designated departure point where road miles begin.

3. The designated final terminal delay points are as follows:
