UNITED TRANSPORTATION UNION (C&T)


IT IS AGREED:

1. The West switching limit at Marysville, Kansas is extended to Mile Post 155.7.

2. The East switching limit at Marysville, Kansas is extended to Mile Post 142.3.

3. At Marysville, North switching limit at Mile Post 132.29 and South switching limit at Mile Post 0.75 shall remain, and are not affected by this agreement.

4. In the application of terminal delay rules the following are agreed to designated arrival and departure points:

West:  Mile Post  155.7
East:  Mile Post  142.3.
North:  Mile Post  133.1

5. There shall be no change in road miles as a result of this agreement.

6. Distances prescribed for service within Combination Road-Yard Services Zones, established by the 1978 UTU National Agreement (and modified by subsequent National Agreements) shall continue to be measured from switching limits in existence on August 25, 1978. At Marysville, Kansas these limits were at (West) Mile Post 150.27, (East) Mile Post 147.31, (North) Mile Post 132.29, and (South) Mile Post 0.75.
