UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY

for the territory

EASTERN DISTRICT

and the

UNITED TRANSPORTATION UNION (C,T&Y)

EXTENDING GRAND ISLAND SWITCHING LIMITS

As recognized by the parties hereto, extension of the west switching limit at Grand Island will help facilitate the service provided to the Diamond Plastic Company. In that regard, it is recognized it is in the parties mutual interests to change the switching limits as set forth herein.

Therefore, it is agreed:

I. The west switching limit at Grand Island, Nebraska is changed from its present location at Mile Post 149.32 to Mile Post 150.1.

2. The Carrier will properly and promptly advise all affected of the above switching limit change.

3. The modification set forth herein will become effective ten (10) days following the date this Agreement is signed by the parties.
