AGREEMENT

between

UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY-EASTERN DISTRICT

and

UNITED TRANSPORTATION UNION (C&T)

"LOCAL FREIGHT SERVICE THIRD SENIORITY DISTRICT - SIDNEY/O'FALLONS, NEBRASKA"

It is agreed that the following conditions will apply to the Sidney/O'Fallons local of Trainmen in that service on the Third Seniority District.

(1) The Sidney-O'Fallons Local will be bulletined for a one year period, five (5) days prior to the second Sunday of July each year. The bulletin will close at 10 AM (MT).

(2) Applications will be received from road, yard, Zone 100, reserve board, and furloughed employees. Senior applicants will be assigned for the duration of the bulletined period.

(3) Applicants assigned cannot:

(a) Bid off (except to a reserve board);

(b) Give up assignment;

(c) Take temporary assignment in pool or other service;

(d) Return to yard service;

(e) Promote themselves from brakeman to conductor in other service;

(f) Be displaced off the assignment (except by a senior employee who would otherwise be furloughed).

(4) This agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by service of a ten (10) day written notice by either party signatory hereto.
