MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

Rules 92 (17) and 92 (19) are modified as follows on the Second Seniority District only:

When a conductor is displaced and cannot hold an assignment in the pool from which he was displaced, he may ,place on the conductor's extra board, seniority permitting, before displacing a junior conductor working in the other pool.

When a promoted brakeman is displaced and cannot hold an assignment in the pool from which he was displaced, he may place on the conductor's extra board, seniority permitting, before displacing a junior brakeman or conductor working in the other pool.

This Memorandum of Agreement will take effect on the first day of the month following the date it is signed, and will remain in full force and effect until ten (10) days written notice is served by one party on the other of their desire to cancel it.
