| Description: UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY June 19, 1987 File(s): Mr G A Eickmann This is in reference to your request of May 26, 1987, to apply the annual bulletin provisions of Rule 93(a) to certain jobs in the Second Seniority District, which was discussed with you in conference on June 8, 1987. It was agreed that the following assignments would be subject to the annual bulletin provisions of Rule 93(a) of the Agreement: a) Conductor's Extra Board; b) North Platte to Grand Island Pools (N-173 & N-174) c) Gothenburg Zone Local d) Kearney Zone Local It further was agreed that this understanding may be cancelled by either party upon the serving of ten (10) days written notice upon the other.
