This refers to your Organization's request on behalf of the Conductors and Brakemen at Grand Junction, Colorado within the Denver Hub, Zone 2; to retain their strict seniority rights in lieu of exercising seniority in accordance with UTU Rule 92 (23).

Therefore, in line with the Organization's request for the Conductors and Brakemen at Grand Junction within the Denver Hub, Zone 2:

IT IS AGREED:

1. Rule 92 (23) is modified to the extent Conductors and Brakemen may exercise their seniority rights from one class of train service to another. This agreement will remain in effect until terminated by service of a ten-day written notice by either party upon the other to cancel this agreement.
