RULE 23: SHORTAGE IN PAY VOUCHER
| Description: RULE 23. SHORTAGE IN PAY VOUCHERS. When a yardman’s check is found to be five dollars or more short (for the pay period) of the proper allowance through no fault of his own, voucher will be issued for the full amount of the shortage if requested.
