RULE 19: APPLICATION FOR SERVICE

RULE 19.  APPLICATION FOR SERVICE.  The application of yardmen entering the service will be approved or rejected within 90 days. When applicant is not notified to the contrary within the time stated it will be understood that the application is approved, but this clause shall not operate to prevent the removal from service of such applicant if subsequent to the expiration of 90 days it shall be proven that the information given by him in his application was false.
