Engineers, Omaha, Nebraska. R. B. Dailey, General Chairman, Broth. of Loco. Firemen & Eng., Omaha, Nebraska. A. L. Moore, General Chairman Order of Railway Conductors and Brkmn., Omaha, Nebraska. J. R. Johnson. General Chairman, Broth.of Railroad Trainmen, Omaha, Nebraska. Gentlemen : In conference with General Chairman Moore, ORC&B, March 4, 1955, he stated that when the agreement dated June 24, 1952 was negotiated extending the Omaha switching limits from M.P. 5.23, C.G.W. crossing, Summit, to M.P. 9.57, it was understood that no road freight crew would be required to set out or pick up cars at or near M.P. 9.57 going to or coming from the industrial site, but the Organizations had received nothing in writing to that effect. Mr. Moore’s above statement is correct and this will confirm that understanding. Yours truly, E. H. BAILEY |
