| Description: ITEM - 45(b - 1) April 4, 1968 This refers to agreement dated December 12, 1958 about the application of Sections (a) and (b) of Rule 45, "Temporary Vacancies - Pool Freight Service", of the current agreement. It is agreed that insofar as conductors and the ORC&B are concerned, this agreement is canceled. |
