 TRAINMEN REPORTING FOR DUTY AFTER LAYING OFF

ON OUTLYING ASSIGNMENTS (ELEVENTH SENIORITY

DISTRICT, ST. JOSEPH - GRAND ISLAND)

 Section l.

 Conductors and brakemen on outlying jobs who are granted permission to lay off must notify the crew dispatcher of their intention to return to work not later than 4:00 PM on the day prior to the day they desire to resume duty except as provided in Section 2. Trainmen who report after 4:00 PM will be considered as having reported to the crew dispatcher on the following day.

 Section 2.

 Conductors and brakemen on outlying jobs who desire to resume duty on the first day of their work week must notify the crew dispatcher of their intention to return to work not later than 12:01 PM on the day preceding the first day of their work week. Trainmen who report after 12:01 PM will be considered as having reported to the crew dispatcher on the following day.

 This agreement is effective August 1, 1981 and may be terminated by either party on ten days written notice to the other.
