 Reference is made to your letter of June 17, 1964 in regard to claim being progressed by General Chairman R. B. Murdock, ORC&B, on behalf of Brakeman L. D. Smith for 50 miles account placed on the brakemen's extra board at Denver in the wrong position.

 It is my position that the arrival time determines an extra brakeman's position on the board, and to the best of my knowledge it has always been handled in that manner.
