ITEM 43 D1: Conductor extra board - modification
| Description: ITEM - 43(d - 1) June 1, 1978 This refers to your request for a change in the manner in which conductors are cut off the conductors' extra board, which was discussed with you in conference on May 31, 1978. It is agreed that when there are forced conductors on the conductors' extra board and the board is to be cut, such forced conductors in seniority order (senior first) will be given the option of remaining on the board or being cut there from. In the event a forced conductor elects not to be cut from the board he will thereafter not be considered a forced conductor. This agreement is effective immediately and may be terminated by either party by the service of a ten - day written notice upon the other. |
