RULE 76: RULES RE-EXAMINATION CLASSES
| Description: RULE 76 - RULES RE - EXAMINATION CLASSES A yardman or a brakeman who, while working as such, is ordered by the Company to be re examined on operating and/or air brake rules during off - duty hours, shall be paid the actual time consumed in taking such reexamination, with a minimum of four hours at the basic rate of the last service performed, provided no payment shall be made to such employee who takes such re examination voluntarily. NOTE: This rule shall not apply to employees required to take examinations on operating and/or air brake rules for promotion. |
