| Description: ITEM - 41(b) July 3, 1978 This refers to agreements of September 17, 1976 and June 30, 1978 about runaround allowance of 50 miles for pool freight conductors and brakemen. It is understood the allowance is to be made only in those cases where the runaround occurs in the same pool. |
